Let’s Q Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Our promise: Queuers can join without providing a name, phone number, email address, or social-media account.

What Let’s Q does

Let’s Q is a queue-management app. Hosts create queues and share a QR code or short queue code. Queuers join using a self-chosen secret code and receive a ticket number.

Information we process

Information we do not ask Queuers for

Let’s Q does not ask Queuers for their name, email address, phone number, contacts, social-media profile, or precise location.

Camera and photos

Camera access is used only when a person chooses to scan a queue QR code. A Host may choose a booth photo for the printed queue sheet; the current app keeps that selection on the device and does not upload it to our queue service.

How information is used and shared

We use this information only to run the queue, show ticket status, manage no-shows, and produce combined Host analytics. The queue service is operated using Supabase, which processes data on our behalf to provide the backend. A Queuer’s optional request is shared with the relevant Host because that is necessary to provide the queue service. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.

Advertising and purchases

The Android app displays Google AdMob banner ads at the bottom of the screen. It does not show full-screen ads when the app opens. After a Queuer voluntarily submits an experience rating, the app may show one full-screen interstitial ad before returning to the queue screen. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, IP address, and ad-interaction data to deliver, measure, and help protect ads, subject to your choices and Google’s policies. Where required, the app presents Google’s consent options and lets you revisit them through the in-app Privacy choices button. Let’s Q does not ask advertisers for your name, phone number, email address, or queue secret code.

Retention and security

We retain queue records and anonymous ratings only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Data is sent to the backend over encrypted connections. No security method is perfect, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we process.

Your choices and contact

You can choose not to provide an optional queue request or experience rating. For privacy questions, deletion requests, or this policy, contact us at letsqsupportteam@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as Let’s Q changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
